We also can help manage your property by taking full responsibility for all aspects of the villa operation including staffing, service standards, security and maintenance. Complete financial packages are available including tracking all incoming and outgoing funds, providing monthly cash flow and Profit & Loss statements to villa owners. Jaminan ketersediaan villa dipastikan setelah memberikan pembayaran uang muka sebesar 50% dari total biaya menginap.

Pelunasan pembayaran harus diselesaikan paling lambat pada saat serah terima kunci dilakukan.

Waktu Check In/Check Out Villa: 14.00/12.00.

Batas maksimal konfirmasi mengenai perubahan/pembatalan jadwal reservasi adalah 21x24 jam dari waku check in. (Amethyst Dago Resort tidak dapat membantu perubahan jadwal maupun pengembalian uang muka apabila konfirmasi dilakukan setelah batas waktu tersebut)

Jumlah tamu tidak diperkenankan melebihi batas maksimal yang telah ditentukan. Apabila melebihi kapasitas tersebut, maka tamu akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sesuai dengan kebijakan manajemen villa.

Memberikan kartu identitas selama menginap.

Menjaga keamanan dan kelengkapan area villa, apabila terjadi kerusakan/kehilangan tamu diharuskan membayar ganti rugi sesuai dengan kerugian yang terjadi.

Binatang peliharaan tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke area villa.

Tamu tidak diperbolehkan melakukan aktivitas yang mengganggu atau mebahayakan lingkungan sekitar villa.

Tidak diperbolekan melakukan aktivitas yang bertentangan dengan hukum selama berada di area villa.

Keamanan barang dan kendaraan pribadi tidak menjadi tanggung jawab manajemen villa.

Seluruh peraturan tersebut telah dibaca dan disetujui pihak penyewa villa.
